This uniform is produced by Duty First Militaria using top-quality 100% cotton Herringbone Twill (HBT) fabric.

The hbt camouflage uniform was used during a very short window in June and July 1944 (primarily during the hedgerow battles of Normandy and Operation Cobra around Saint-Lô).

It was a limited experimental issue distributed to select US Army units, most notably:

• 2nd Armored Division (especially the 41st Armored Infantry Regiment)

• 30th Infantry Division ("Old Hickory")

• 17th Engineer Battalion
