Thank you for purchasing one or more products from our webshop. Although we describe our products as accurately as possible, it is always possible that an article does not meet your requirements.

It goes without saying that we will give you 14 days to return it. Of course, in this case the product must be unused or damaged and have the original labels.

The cost of the purchase will be refunded to you within 10 days of receipt of the product.

You will have to provide/pay for the return label yourself.

The return form can be downloaded here and must be completed and enclosed with the return.

Personalised products are excluded from the return policy.
